After 3 face to face sessions in the gym with Cassie I had a much better understanding of what my issues were, what I needed to focus on and also a better understanding of how my day to day life can affect my results. I thought all this after 3 sessions WOW, so I joined the 12 week program. Every session with Cassie felt like I was heading to the gym with a friend. I am so grateful for Cassie's knowledge and also her empathy and understanding when working with me. She understood that some days I wasn't where I needed to be but supported me to get to where I needed to be. Going to the gym became more of a escape rather than a chore and I genuinely loved both working with Cassie and how it also affected the way I go about life now.

Starting your fitness journey is a big step, realising that having the right mindset is even bigger. For me it wasn't until 4 weeks in to Cassie's program I started noticing a real difference. Starting Cassie's program has been the best investment I have ever made. When i first met Cassie I was sad, anxious and feeling very alone. I even cried in her office in our first chat. She has made my transformation fun and exciting, and my session with her each week is my favorite thing to look forward. The mindset work has changed my life so much that I find myself passing it on to loved ones. Cassie is sneaky, she teaches you and shows you things without you even realising.
I had no confidence, low self esteem and a lot of self doubt. After giving up smoking I put on a lot of weight so I was down on myself about that. 6 months ago I bit the bullet and signed up to Cassie's program. Cassie has taught me that you have to work on your mental dialogue and attitude before you can achieve the physical outcome you want. I've learnt that its your own thoughts and internal voices that will affect your progress.
Cassie has not only helped me become a stronger person physically but mentally as well. Cassie makes me believe in myself, she is always there when any doubts creep in and is always my biggest supporter. After so many years of putting everyone else first I decided to finally put myself first and to do something for me. Thanks to Cassie I now know that it is okay to do so. Mental health is more important than anything else, Cassie has done more for me than I think she even knows.

With no knowledge of the gym and carrying injuries, I started working with Cassie to meet my health goals (loose weight and get into size 12). Cassie taught me to use the equipment safely but very quickly taught me something else that was that I loved the feeling I got from weight lifting. I have well surpassed my goals and keep moving to the goal posts: now I want to be fit and strong and don't care what the scales say. I've lost count of how many centimetres I've lost and my weight has actually gone up from when I started but my confidence has increased immensely, I feel better in myself and I've made a bunch of new friends.

I joined Derrimut Angle Vale and was so excited when they hired a new female trainer. Before meeting Cassie I struggled on my own and kept doing my own thing in the gym and wasn't making progress.
